**Carpet Cleaning**

If your looking for someone that will put time and effort into your carpets, then i'm the person for the job. I pretreat and hand scrub all stubborn, hard to clean spots prior to cleaning with the machine. I also take the time to pick out food, candy, gum, glue and other things that may become hard and stuck in your carpet.

My rates are the lowest in town. No more expensive carpet care you can't afford. My prices are as follows: If only having one room cleaned its 30.00 for one room. Each additional room is 15.00 more. Halls are 5-15.00 depending on length. Stairs are counted as a room. Rooms with excessive stains needing addtional attention, pretreating and chemicals will be 15.00 more. Basic Pet Treament for lightly soiled carpets is 5.00 per room. Advanced Pet Treatment for heavily soiled carpets is 15.00 per room.

Vacuuming of all rooms prior to cleaning will be 15.00 more total.

**House Cleaning**

Are you moving and caught up in the mix worrying about how you are going to get that house cleaned, stuff packed, tend to your family, and on top of that working all day and you just don?t have time to clean but don?t want to pay a fortune for you place to get cleaned and worry about
passing your inspection. I have many references and the inspectors have even given out my number.
The only thing that I ask if possible is to give me a little bit of a notice, at least two days but if not its understandable I can work around things.

NO MATTER HOW DIRTY IT IS here are the prices for a move out clean.

For a Two bedroom One and a half bath it is $105 dollars
For a Three bedroom two bath it is $120 dollars
For a Four bedroom two and a half bath its $135 dollars
