Vintage Art piece on Smoke Plexiglass

Made by Franklin Mint in the 70s WAWA Yedon Pennsylvania, The owners name is Joseph Segel, yes this is the same person that created QVC. He is the founder of over 20 companies. It weight about 4 1/2 LBS. The frame is 18 3/4" X 12". This piece is #19 out of 100 made and is 50 plus years old. A friend that used to work for Mr. Joseph Segal gave me the piece to sell.
